Coal occupies a very important position in the energy structure of our country. Mechanized production can ensure high efficiency production in coal industry, improve production technology, to ensure the safety of coal mining working face and personnel safety. The implementation of mechanized production in the coal mining face is a relatively effective technology and measure to ensure the energy conservation, reduce personnel input and human accident rate. As an important coal mining machinery, the automation degree of the coal mining face has a very important influence on the production efficiency and economic efficiency of the coal mining enterprises. At the same time, the stability of coal mining machine and low failure rate and failure can quickly eliminate the coal mine production efficiency is an important factor.Therefore, this paper introduced the AC drive locomotive traction test research of AC drive reciprocal power fed experimental system, through research and analysis the mutual feedback experiment system structure and control algorithm, the construction of a shearer based on reciprocal power fed test system of traction inverter maintenance and repair and test, and maintenance and repair of electronic control system of the platform.In view of the voltage, current and flux linkage and other electromagnetic parameters of electric control system and traction converter, the voltage and current parameters are detected by using hall sensor. In this paper, we design a conditioning circuit module for these variables, which can easily detect and analyze these parameters. At the same time, the change of the temperature of the platinum resistance is introduced, and the temperature change of the frequency converter and the electric control system are detected. Compared with the platinum resistance temperature sensor of this type, it also introduces the negative temperature coefficient(NTC) sensor integrated in the IGBT module of resistance is the nonlinear relationship between the temperature of the compensation circuit, and the temperature changes in the real-time detection of power switching devices.In the end, as shearer traction inverter and the electronic control system of the maintenance and repair of the building components, this paper study and introduce the operation of the electrical part of the coal mining operation procedures. Provide necessary technical support and unified, standardized maintenance and repair instructions for coal mining enterprises. Through the construction of the platform and experimental study, we can see that this maintenance and overhaul test platform can achieve the purpose of maintenance and repair the shearer traction inverter and electric control system.
