Quick drivaging anchor adaptive operating platform not only could effectively improve the working environment of workers, ensure the safety of workers, and improve the working efficiency of the drivage and anchor. Walking mechanism is key core institutions of quick drivaging anchor adaptive operating platform to realize functions such as transportation, brake, which can provide powerful guarantee for safe and reliable operating platform work.The paper systematically analyzes the structure and function principle of drivage and anchor operating platform. According to the basic parameters of operating platform, it designs the walking mechanism of drivage and anchor operating platform. Based on the actual working conditions, it analyzes and summarizes the different conditions:the three kinds of slope walking condition, two kinds of walking direction, walking hydraulic cylinder series parallel mode and working condition of horizontal and vertical turning style. Finally, it chooses the analysis and calculation load of the working uphill conditions, and focus on the calculation traction of the walking hydraulic cylinder of walking mechanism, and tight locking force of the clamping hydraulic cylinder.Secondly, on the basis of the structure and working condition of drivage and anchor operating platform working mechanism, the paper designs the hydraulic system of drivage and anchor operating platform working mechanism, and expounds on the line of the function of all components of the hydraulic system and action sequence, perform logical relations. According to the workload, it calculates the parameters of the walking hydraulic cylinder and clamping hydraulic cylinder. Meanwhile, it selects the key hydraulic components and auxiliary components.According to the principle of the walking mechanism hydraulic system diagram, the paper conducts the AMESim modeling and parameter settings. In the process of modeling, it comes up with the way of load displacement control, simulates the modeling and analyses of the displacement, velocity and the dynamic characteristics of load parameters and in and out of the oil pressure pulsation of the executive component of walking mechanism hydraulic system. It also analyzes the key sequence valve working condition. Simulation results show that the walking mechanism has smaller speed impact and impact is more obvious when reversing, components of work pressure is stable, which verify the feasibility of walking mechanism design. Research work have achieved good results, which laid a foundation for further study.
