In recent years, corrugated carton has been a "paper for wood packing " in a very important yield. Corrugated board more applications in our life. Along with the computer diode, electronics and military in the field of rapid development and popularization, the sensitivity of electrostatic hazard is that much more attention. Currently has the antistatic performance of the packaging market demand is rising sharply, it also greatly promoted the anti-static paper industry development.This paper first makes a brief introduction to the corrugated board and electrostatic,followed by a coating experiments, are summarized in the experimental effect on the performance of antistatic coating thickness, and then come to the conclusion that the thickness of the coating after 12 g to 14 g, anti-static performance increases slightly, but the performance improvement is not large, from economic considerations, coating weight can be used for anti-static corrugated board of 12 g as mass production. Later in the workshop for the production batch coating and printing, made on the market the most common three(S5S)and five layers ordinary corrugated cardboard, printing type anti-static corrugated board and coated type anti-static corrugated board, and various strength properties such as thickness of the cardboard, quantitative, and puncture strength, side pressure strength, burst degrees,abrasion resistance and antistatic performance through the contrast test, and then come to the conclusion that the physical properties of the coating type anti-static corrugated board and antistatic properties are better than the printed anti-static corrugated board, coating thickness,the greater the antistatic performance is larger, and the intensity of performance is close to or slightly higher than that of uncoated paper, because of its strength performance advantages,many defects in the packaging, can be optimized with the coating type anti-static corrugated board production technology. Thus, coating type anti-static corrugated board compared to anti-static corrugated board printing type, the strength increased significantly, and there are more good antistatic performance, more suitable for the electrostatic sensitive built-in objectshave the effect of long-term protection.At the same time, this topic is for all kinds of anti-static corrugated board for the economic cost analysis and optimization, to verify again, from the aspects of cost economic applicability of coating type anti-static corrugated board is best, so as to win more profits for enterprises.
