Application Research On The Whole Cabinet Digital Manufacturing Of The Product Data Management System

The whole cabinet, digital manufacturing systems were studied in this paper, whi ch includes the development status and trends, the application of current mainstream d igital manufacturing technology in the cabinet enterprises, finding the difficulty of util ization in cabinet companies and providing propel solutions.It is found that the data management in enterprises has become the core issues in digital manufacturing as the prevalence of overall cabinet business customization and mass production mode. PDM (Product Data Management Product Data Management) software was introduced to solve the problem. A summarization of PDM software in g eneral business implementation and development of directions and attentions in PDM selection was obtained by analysis of successful PDM system case. Finally, a customi zed PDM system development steps and embodiments was made based on Opie, whic h also was participated in the actual construction of project, providing an reference for PMD software application in OPPEIN and other companies.The main contents are as follows:(1). The integral ambry and digital manufacturing system carried out extensive research, found that with the advent of the era of personalized consumption and manufacturing informatization, based on digital manufacturing system represents a new mode of production prevails.(2). The research of the current integral ambry and the present situation and the development of digital manufacturing system, combined with the enterprise field investigation, found that companies using digital manufacturing system effect is not ideal, one of the most basic reason is the lack of the basic data management.(3). Aiming at the problem of enterprise data management solution, product data management (PDM) system is proposed to find a case specific analysis, summarizes the basic rule of product data management (PDM) development and implementation and route, and found that enterprise product data management (PDM) possible problems and explore a new solution.(4). Combined with the research papers, with European enterprises as an example, analyzes the enterprise organization and product architecture, established product information encoding rules, compiled the corresponding database exchange relationship, mapping and optimize the workflow, finally, the product data management (PDM) is simulated, and the European product data management (PDM) integration architecture are studied and described.
