In this paper for the shanxi-beijing pipeline yulin pressure station remote monitoring system construction and renovation, analyzes the principle and implementation method of SCADA system,raises the design ideas that are based on the shanxi-beijing pipe remote monitoring station.The design scheme put the yulin pressure station of the shanxi-beijing pipeline SCADA system as a main control system collects station data, such as temperature, pressure, flow. According to the data collected, the SCADA system identify and intellectualized judge the data collected, complete the intelligent control of a single station and even the whole pipeline.The scheme is not only give natural gas pipeline adequate security but also reduce costs and the accident losses at the same time. This design scheme can effectively solve the big space span of the yulin pressure station of the shanxi-beijing pipeline and difficult issues such as security and work management through the construction of intelligent monitoring and scheduling system. Real-time monitoring and recording of equipment’s running and working condition, to speed up the emergency response and improve the safety status and management efficiency.
