Long Distance Refined Oil Pipeline SCADA System Design And Application

Pipeline transportation is an important mode of transport of goods,plays an important role in national economy for its large volume,continuous operation and low cost.SC AD A(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)system as the core of control,the level of control and precision is important for transportation safety and protection.Since PetroChina is building Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Changsha Products Pipeline,under the background.This design Products Pipeline SCADA System using AB Logix5000 series PLC as the core,with OAsys database system,with a mature field engineering algorithms,constituting the universal application of long Distance Oil Pipeline SCADA system has important practical significance in the production site.The major work and innovation in this thesis are as follows:Introduces the status of the application of SCADA system in long distance pipeline industry,according to the operation characteristics analysis and process of hydraulic system of liquid pipeline proposed functional requirements of SCADA system.designs the overall framework of long distance liquid pipeline SCADA system,respectively,from two aspects of hardware and software structure and functions of SCADA system are described,focusing on the case of RSLogix 5000 the software flowchart is given the design of hardware and software,PLC in the field of production control in the process control and the design of ESD program system.Combined with the current situation of the industry,the SCADA system acceptance,testing and routine use and maintenance of general methods are described.Through the actual application shows that the SCADA system the design scheme can meet the control requirements of pipeline conditions and working conditions,to achieve optimal control object good control,system safety and reliability,high control accuracy,convenient use and maintenance.
