The Clean Design And Development Of 900000t/a Coking Plant

Coke industry is the first step for grading utilization of low rank coal, and it is also the characteristic industry which connects raw coal production and coal chemical industry. Because of later regulation of our country, the development of coke industry processes in a extensive mode, which leads to the serious resources and environment problem. In order to solve the problem of sustainable development of coke industry fundamentally, we must be from the economy, comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental protection pointof view, use advanced technology and equipments, extend the industrial chain, and develop circular economy.Industry research found that at present most of the coke enterprises used >30mm coal as raw materials, water coke quenching process in the coke quenching, and ammonia gas washing process in gas purification, which were not only nonreasonable use of coal resources and waste of scarce water resources, but also polluting the environment and wasting of energy. According to the current production process, this paper focused on small coal resources, small coal resources, coalgas purification and make improvement. The pyrolysis of 8-30 mm small coal resources, steam quenching and ammonia gas washing processes have been selected for coke production and the design of 900000 tons /a coke cleaner production industry has been completed.The processes, utilities, waste treatment and production safety have been designed and calculated, and the corresponding engineering drawings have also achieved.The results showed that with the completion of 900000 t/a coke project, the main technical indexes achieved the goals of improving resource utilization and protecting environmention. The project conforms to the national industrial policy and industry development planning, and it is also conducive to promoting the development of local economy.
