| Gear transmission is one of the most common and fundamental transmission mode and its working conditions are extremely complex. Internal and beveloid gear with few teeth difference is a new gear transmission mode, which is mainly used to new RV(Rot-Vector) deceleration devices. It has many unique advantages, such as small size, high transmission ratio, large carrying capacity and stiffness, high-precision movement, high-efficiency transmission etc, which has been widely applied in robotics, precision machine tools and other areas.This paper studies on internal and beveloid gear pair with few teeth difference, which is the main transmission parts of new RV deceleration devices. Considering the main technology parameters such as meshing stiffness and tooth profile clearance angel effecting beveloid gear pairs with few teeth difference, mathematical model of multi-tooth meshing fitting internal and beveloid gear pairs with few teeth difference is built. The theoretical maximum contacting tooth logarithm is obtained by solving the above model. Modeling of beveloid gear is carried out by three-dimensional modeling software. The tooth profile of beveloid gear is generated by the mathematic method and meshing model of beveloid gear with few teeth difference is established.Internal and beveloid gear pairs with few teeth difference are analyzed by ANSYS. Through analyzing the multi-tooth meshing phenomenon of beveloid gear system, the improvement degree of carrying capacity in the situation of different tooth pair meshing is obtained, which provide reliable basis for volume optimization of new RV deceleration devices. The modal analysis of internal and beveloid gear pair with few teeth difference is performed to get the relation of design parameters of beveloid internal and external gear and natural frequency, which provides theoretical basis for shock absorbing design and noise control of internal and beveloid gear pair with few teeth difference system. According to the structural characteristics of beveloid gear, the slotting gear processing and grinding gear mending shape method of beveloid gear is proposed to improve machining accuracy based on domestic existing equipments.The study of this paper provides further theoretical support for the extension and application of new RV deceleration devices. |
