In the field of traffic incident detection, there is usually two kinds of method to achievethe goal of incident detection: one is through the use of hardware facilities, by getting thereal-time detection data, through a series of data analysis and processing, to test whether thetraffic incident happened or not, such as the video detection and the algorithm detection, etc;the other is through the simulation to the actual traffic condition, set the mathematical model,simulate the actual traffic phenomena, and achieve the testing purpose. The method ofmodeling simulation is through the analysis to the mathematical model, describing therelationships of the traffic environment factors by the using of simulation tools, to judgewhether the traffic event happened or not. This paper is through the analysis to the traffic flowtheory, and the deduction of the mathematical model, using mathematical model to simulatethe traffic condition, and then to test the traffic events.This paper is from the view of the simulation model, to simulate the traffic condition. Inthis paper, at first, by analyzing the traffic event type, compare the two series of commondetection methods: algorithm detection and direct detection, then put forward the superiorityof algorithm detection; The third part of this paper anatomize the principle of simulationtheory deeply, understand the application to the thought essence of simulation technology,point out the significant role of the simulation technology to traffic areas; By understandingthe development course of traffic simulation research, in comparison of the simulation fieldgap at home and abroad.The focus of this paper is from the angle of vies of mathematical theory, analyzes thecontact between the changes of traffic state and the occurrence of traffic event, so as to findthe breakthrough of describing the objective phenomenon by the theoretical methods. In thefourth part of the paper, points out the characterization role of road traffic congestion ontraffic event detection, through the mathematical reasoning to the historical model, to deducethe equation of traffic blocking rate finally, by programming on Matlab, to get the simulationfigures. It is concluded that the relationships between all variable factors as shown bygraphical, according with the actual traffic phenomenon very well, which will play a role oftraffic incident detection. Here is in the lack of hardware detection equipment and the basicalgorithm support, can also play a role of traffic incident detection effectively. |
