With the rapid development of China’s road construction and transportation, roads play an important role in economic development, but also promote social development. Speeding up infrastructure construction is also an important measure of the state to promote the economic development of remote and poor areas and improve village living standards,it have played a very important role in improving the environment of production and consumption of small towns and promoting the poverty of residents of small towns. Therefore, urban road construction rapid development in recent years, at the same time it also brings environmental problems of noise pollution, so the study of urban road traffic noise pollution laws to make accurate and reasonable predictions plays an important role in the Environmental impact assessment of urban road construction projects to provide a reliable basis. In order to evaluate and control of urban road traffic noise, road traffic Erdaobaihe town, Antu County, Jilin (Pool North Area), for example, to find and optimize urban road traffic noise prediction model and improve the accuracy of the results of urban road traffic noise predictionIn this paper, the commonly used traffic noise prediction model of highway construction project environmental impact assessment specification (for Trial Implementation) JTJ005-96, highway construction project environmental impact evaluation specification (JTG B03-2006), environmental noise of environmental impact assessment guide (HJ2.4-2009)will be used to forecast road traffic noise attenuation, and Contrast analysis the error of three forecasting model in the analysis of urban road noise attenuation, Get conclusion: highway construction project environmental impact assessment specification (for Trial Implementation) JTJ005-96predicted values with the measured error range of0.08~5.36dB (A), an average error is2.72dB (A); highway construction project environmental impact evaluation specification (JTG B03-2006)predicted value with the measured error range of0.06~6.66dB (A), the average error is3.36dB (A); environmental noise of environmental impact assessment guide (HJ2.4-2009)predicted value with the measured error range of0.03~2.80dB (A), the average error is1.42dB (A), ultimately concluded that:environmental noise of environmental impact assessment guide (TIJ2.4-2009) noise value of the predicted road traffic noise closer to the measured values, the error is smaller. according to the actual characteristics of the urban road traffic, optimal correcting the Average radiation sound level, pavement attenuation calculation, the green belt attenuation calculations in the model proposed by environmental noise of environmental impact assessment guide (HJ2.4-2009),then using Yucai Road to test and verify the measured noise value, the resulting average error is1.28, the error range of0.14to2.42, the monitoring sites to predict noise and measured values coincide well. In this paper the optimized prediction model provides prediction method for urban road traffic noise and provides a reference for sound environmental impact assessment work.
