The hydraulic cylinder industry has achieved rapid growth with the rapid advance ofnational industrialization. The core link of hydraulic cylinder producing is assembly.However there is less study in it. It has important practical significance to study assemblyline production mode of hydraulic cylinder assembly, and then provide quantitative basisto the running of production line, which is based on analyzing assembly technique ofhydraulic cylinder.The existing assembly and cleaning processes of hydraulic cylinder in enterprise areanalyzed in detail. Also the technological characteristics of cleaning of piston、guide、piston rod、cylinder、piston rod subassembly and assembly are analyzed. Have a statisticsto tools、equipments and workers of above processes. A process chart of main processes isdraw. The structure of typical hydraulic cylinder is took as the study object, Theimprovement program of key technology in assembly process is put forward. Thepreliminary planning of hydraulic oil cylinders assembly line is completed using SLP inthe base of above program, which take logistics mode into consideration.The related theories about Discrete Event Dynamic System(DEDS) are expounded.The mathematical definition and research methods of Petri net theory are focused on. ThePetri net model of preliminary planning and complex location is build using this method.The current intelligence of production line is analised using Petri net model. And thesimulation analys is according to it.The basic mapping rule of Petri net to Arena simulation software is built. Theconstraint condition is set. The Petri net model of hydraulic oil cylinders assembly line ismapped in Arena simulation software taking the working station as the unites. Theparameters of simulation model are set through analysing data from work site.The operation process of production line is simulated by running the model. Use ratioof equipments and workers、the wait number and wait time of main process and VA timeof main process is got from the simulation.Unreasonable link in preliminary planning is found through analyzing simulation data. And an improvement planning is put forward. The reasonable of improvementplanning is proved by comparing data from simulation of it. Finally, the key variables inimprovement planning are optimized. Quantization judgment and suggest is provided tothe implement of hydraulic oil cylinder assembly line.
