Manufacturing system is the cornerstone of the survival of enterprises,which is a complex system integrating many technologies such as logistics control,production management and information exchange and so on.An efficient and smooth manufacturing system plays a vital role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.For such a complex system,how to objectively analyze and optimize the overall performance of the system has become an important issue in the field of manufacturing system research.As we all know,the diesel assembly line system is a typical discrete manufacturing system.Therefore,this paper takes 190 series diesel engine assembly line as the research object,a systematic study of modeling,analysis and optimization of assembly line system are made.In this paper,a simulation model of diesel engine assembly line system is built through model building and simulation,then the performance of the system is analyzed and optimized based on the simulation results and the actual operation condition of the assembly line.At the end of this paper,a specific optimization plan is put forward,which provides decision-making reference for the improvement of enterprise's actual system and resource allocation.Firstly,this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of diesel engine assembly line system,the basic requirements of assembly and the basic theory of Petri net.Through investigation and research,the assembly process of the diesel engine is compiled.Then on the basis of the above work,based on the idea of hierarchical modeling,from the point of view of assembly process,the top-level Petri net model of assembly line is constructed.Taking assembly process as basic unit,and a Petri net model based on process is constructed.And according to the bottom-up method,this paper constructs a assembly line system Petri net model.Then the validity of the Petri net model is verified and the qualitative analysis of the operation process of the assembly line system is realized.Secondly,the collected production data is processed using the error bound method and the Arena input analyzer.By constructing the mapping rules from Petri net model to Arena simulation model and setting the constraints of modeling,the transformation of Petri net model to Arena simulation model is completed,and then the correlation between the simulation model and the actual assembly line is verified by using relevance theory.Finally,through quantitative analysis of the simulation results,the specific problems of the assembly line are found out.Aiming at the problem of unbalanced assembly lines,two optimization schemes based on linear programming and genetic algorithm are proposed.And the above scheme is realized by simulation analysis of Lingo and Matlab software,then through comprehensive comparison,the best optimization plan is determined,and the bottleneck problem of workstation in the assembly line is improved and the global optimization scheme was summed up.Through the modeling,analysis and optimization research of the assembly line system,this paper realizes that the balance rate of the assembly line system is improved and the productivity of assembly line is increased,then the assembly line system is running more smoothly.The research methods and results of this paper not only have direct theoretical and practical significance for the research objects of this paper,they also have some reference value for the modeling and optimization research of other assembly lines.
