With the transformation of economic structure and the expanding of market, therequirements of manufacturing informatization is becoming more and more urgent.This article from the actual requirements, research the function of stereoscopicwarehouse management system and the multiple product outbound path planning.First, a brief introduction of the automated stereoscopic warehouse. Comparedwith ordinary warehouse, highlight the characteristics of the automatic solidwarehouse, further explain the practical significance.Secondly, put forward in this paper, the multiple product outbound path planningproblem solution. Based on the efficiency of parallel computing and the global searchability of genetic algorithm, the parallel genetic algorithm for the stacker outboundpath planning. Through examples of programming and application, to prove thevalidity of this algorithm in solving similar problems.Furthermore, for the reality demand of the stereoscopic warehouse system, weanalysis and design the warehouse management system and visual monitoring system.About the management system, we Starting from the demand analysis, including useUML to analysis the system context, the system structure, class diagram and thedesign model, supplemented by design and create a database; Monitoring system isalso starting from the demand analysis design, through detailed analysis ofmonitoring object and its hardware composition, determine the scope of the monitor,and use of field bus control technology to realize the communication betweenmonitoring and control layer.Finally, on the basis of the former three chapters, we use. NET platform todevelop automated stereoscopic warehouse management system. Loading andunloading, inventory, products of the parameter management, task management andmain function modules of the process are introduced in detail, and on this basis, usingc#language and WINFROM window to make the program implementation.Combining with the warehouse’s actual demand, to make full use of the currentmulti-core parallel computing ability of computer, parallel genetic algorithm is designed as an multiple product outbound path planning problem solution, in order tosave computation time and enhance the efficiency of the warehouse work.
