In recent years, with the rapid development of bridge construction in our country,structure types change constantly. In the design of bridge deck pavement, traditional type ismostly used, without special calculation. However with the increase of traffic volume, thedeck pavement diseases are more and more serious and it can’t achieve its designed deadline.Which affects the normal use of bridge and easily leads to traffic accidents, meanwhile themaintenance work is influenced. The heart of matters affecting the normal usage of bridge isbridge deck pavement. It should be taken focus on in future work.First of all, bridge deck pavement conditions of bridges in Heilongjiang are extensivelyresearched. Taking elastic theory can analyze the structure behavior and collapse mechanismof cement concrete bridge deck on different bridge structures (girder bridge first). Threecategories of pavement structure adapted to severe cold area of cement concrete highwaybridge deck are proposed, namely freely supported structure, simply supported-continuousstructure and continuous structure. Then an experimental study on the mix proportion theory,influence factor and design method of steel fiber cement concrete and polypropylene fibercement concrete is presented in this paper. Falling weight impact test and bend elasticitymodulus test are used to evaluate fiber reinforced concrete toughness. In the meantime, quickfrost method and permeability coefficient are used to evaluate fiber reinforced concretedurability. In satisfies the technical standard of deck concrete, should reduce the fiber amountas far as possible. Also entraining air technology should be introduced to improve durability.Finally based on the support project and other field tests in Heilongjiang, the design andconstruction technique guide of fiber reinforced concrete bridge deck are proposed.
