With the development of society,the number of elderly people in China has been increasing year by year,accompanied by various problems.Among them,one of the issues that the government is most concerned about is the residential problem of the elderly.According to China’s current economic development level and the characteristics of aging,the home-based pension model is the old-age pension model in China now and in the future.However,the current old community has a low degree of old-ageness,the housing is relatively old,the design of the suite is unreasonable,and the public space is not fully supported.These problems are not only detrimental to the daily lives of the elderly,but also bring them health problems.Therefore,the transformation is imminent.This article takes the existing community in the 1980s as the research object,adopts research methods such as literature induction,field research,and case analysis,and combines environmental behavior,ergonomics and other related disciplines to summarize the current status and characteristics of existing communities in the 1980s.In summary,through research and analysis,we have summarized many problems existing in the existing community.The paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter discusses the research background,significance and related research,sums up the domestic and international environmental behavior theory development and the basic status quo of the old-age community;The second chapter,starting from the viewpoint of environmental behavior,mainly sums up the needs of the elderly living environment from the psychological characteristics,physiological characteristics,and behavioral needs of the elderly.The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the old-age community in China,and studies the design strategies of old-age transformation based on environmental behaviors-re-communion,promoting participation,strong sense of belonging,and high security;The fourth chapter analyzes and summarizes on-the-spot surveys of elderly people’s feedback on the problem of inadequate old-age in the community,and sums up the demand for renovation based on the questions raised.Chapter 5,with environmental behaviors and ergonomics as the theoretical support points,applies the principles of heavy communication,promoting participation,strong sense of belonging,and high security design strategy to design homes,elderly care service centers,and public spaces in all aspects.Renovation,study and explore measures and methods for the transformation of old age in existing communities,and put forward corresponding measures for reconstruction programs.
