Modeling And Design Of Communication Interface Of Intelligent Circuit Breaker IED Based On IEC61850

Intelligent circuit breaker is one of the important symbol of intelligent substation, intelligentcircuit breaker is made up by conventional circuit breaker and intelligent components, has asubstaintial distinction in the aspect of informatization and intelligent and traditional traditionalcircuit breaker. As the demand of the power system getting more and more, intelligent circuitbreaker facing greater challenges in generation, transmission and distribution. The intelligentcircuit breaker has directly ffect on the security and stability of the power. Especially inIEC61850Ed2.0of intelligent circuit breaker IED information modeling andequipment condition monitoring, the analysis and diagnosis of content make suchimportant changes, put forward higher requirement of intelligent circuit breaker, so asto adapt to the needs of the development of intelligent substation.In this paper, the upgrade process of the version and the content were analyzed.analysis of the impact of Ed2.0standard of intelligent circuit breaker, and the newrequirements of intelligent circuit breaker, through comparing with Ed1.0, focuses onanalyzing intelligent a equipment condition monitoring, analysis and diagnosisstandard specifically for intelligent circuit breaker.Then a company’s intelligent circuit breaker products were analyzed, andaccorded to IEC61850Ed2.0modeling process, decomposited the function ofcondition monitoring of intelligent circuit breaker, build up the complete model ofintelligent circuit breaker by classified the logical nodes, logical data and the dataattributes,based on the characteristic of frequent operation of low voltage circuitbreaker. And described the information of SCL.Using functions of simulate the service side or the client side of IEC61850standard--GF4600-IEC61850. It acquire directory services, read and write operations,and log message form in the content of intelligent circuit breaker IED, complete theconformance test of intelligent circuit breaker. The reliability of intelligent circuitbreaker is verified at last.Finally, this paper used the embedded computer UC-7122CE intelligentcommunication server provided by MOXA Company for uploading the state monitor information as the developing platform of the hardware to upgrade the old protocolconverter products which is also hold the IEC61850Ed1.0standard, and finished thecommunication interaction with substation.
