Green infrastructure is a multipe network that contain ecological, landscape,recreation,culture and other features of. It will be the city’s ecological and landscapeelements, as a kind of infrastructure to develop its variety of benefits andfunctions.Shenzhen international low-carbon city is a new district of city that advocatelow-carbon production, research and life, of which the kernel is low-carbon industry,and the goal is to reduce per capita and energy carbon emission. However, with thedevelopment of international low-carbon city, the increaseing urban underlying surfaceand industrial thermal emission will exacerbate the urban heat island effect. With thetemperature increaing, energy consumption and carbon emissions is bound to increasefor air conditioning cooling,thus hinder the goals of energy conservation, andlow-carbon life. Facing the current and future heat island problem, green infrastructurecan take advantage of its natural underlying surface to alleviate the urban heat islandeffect, improve the urban thermal environment, thereby reducing carbon city energyconsumption and carbon emissions.Based on the research on heat island effect and the basis of green infrastructure,tocity underlying surface as the entry point of the research, on the level of space set up theconnection between the heat island effect and green infrastructure, mainly includes thegreening coverage, spatial pattern, the individual area and form. In the clear object ofanalysis, based on the low-carbon city existing infrastructure resources, distribution andscale order. And the use of field measurements, statistics, classification and othermethods to compare its green coverage rate of green infrastructure, layout, size, shapeand composition index analyze the situation, summarize the existing problems, andusing the Phoenics software to simulat the preliminary plan and comprehensivesimulation results.Comprehensive status and simulation results, as well as green infrastructure in theecological, landscape and recreation, and many other features, an internationallow-carbon city green infrastructure planning strategy: increase the green area built-upareas, the use of wedge-cyclic compound layout, control community park area in threehectares or more, improve elements of shape index, building green infrastructureecological networks. And to study the results of planning strategies as standard, existinginternational carbon city planning guidance and proposed revisions.
