The current global economic and social development is more and more quickly, theresulting of environmental pollution, resource depletion, survival environment worseningphenomenon, has become one of the bottlenecks of the development of the city. Low-carboncity as a kind of solution, which is more and more attention to the government and relatedprofessionals. How to build Low-carbon city, is need for theoretical research and practicalexploration from multiple social, economic, environmental, and energy.In this paper, through the deep research in the basic theory of low carbon city, analyzesthe development of low carbon city experience and enlightenment at home and abroad, fromthe aspects of environmental planning of low carbon city construction has made thepreliminary analysis of quantitative. Combined with the actual situation in Xi’an Chan-BaLow-carbon park, put forward the overall scheme of environmental planning and detailedplanning by CFD simulation to analyze the optimization of the data, and make the windenvironment and thermal environment with quantitative study, comprehensive analysis theimpact of climate and environmental factors such as geography programs to develop energyand carbon saving technologies suitable in Low-carbon park. Discussed at several levels in theenvironment of low-carbon planning meaningful quantitative research to make it moreconducive to saving resources, improving the environment.Combined with CFD simulation analysis of urban planning and design, in terms ofoverall city planning layout puts forward a new way, to further explore the establishment oftechnical standards for the green eco-city. Through a number of meteorological data collectionand measurement obtained on the overall planning and design has important guidingsignificance to the direct guidance of the building layout, building orientation, landscapinglayout, etc., the results of the simulation data for planning and design has a practicalsignificance to help directly clear guidance ecological construction of Low-carbon park.
