| In recent years, China’s construction industry has developed rapidly, so the projectswith more complex structure and more rigorous progress requirements can be foundeverywhere. However, the increasing complexity of the construction process leads to theinformation of construction progress growing geometrically, and there is not a verygood platform to carry this information, which is not conducive to the goal of progressto implement and manage. What’s more, the current model of guiding the constructionis mostly construction model, which don’t have nature of real-time, progress’scorrection because of the transmission of actual progress information timeliness in theconstruction process,which will also affect the progress towards achieving the goals. Inaddition, because the information of construction progress is changeable forcomponents of the construction site, it is difficult to achieve an effective associationwith components of BIM information model. Construction progress is the basis andmain line of project management, and progress of management is the management ofcomponents in the final analysis. However, it is difficult to obtain effective descriptionabout information of progress that is contained on the components, and it can’t beprovided to the construction side to be used as intermediate file with standard format.Based on above background, this article will proposing the concept of wisdomconstruction progress management and mechanisms of implementation from the idea ofwisdom construction. With the help of BIM information model, this paper begins withthe collection, transformation and sharing of information of construction progress, andthen proposes the building process of the construction progress managementinformation model of wisdom construction to make progress management more timelyby taking the RFID technology as information collection, transmission means and4Dtechnology as analytic tools. First, the paper will create BIM information model for thetarget structures, based on which progress plan will be created to link3D models andprogress plan in order to achieve4D simulation to verify the rationality andimplementation of the progress plan. Applying real-time construction model to completeprogress management during the process of actual construction. Real-time constructionmodel is to keep consistent with the state of the actual building model, and modelbuilding requires constant monitoring and updating for project progress. Specifically, pasting RFID label for components that have been completed, scanning information ofcomponents which have been completed through the reader to pass to the BIMdatabases and going on intelligent identification, replacement, forming real-timeconstruction model based on the BIM for structures having been built, we can achieve4D simulation on part of construction by linking three-dimensional model unfinished toprogress plan unfinished, which is able to conduct construction. Finally, this papermakes approach of examples of simulations to verify the above processes. This studycontributes to enrich theory and practice for progress management that already existsand provide a new research perspective for solving the information problems duringconstruction progress management, but there are also some shortcomings, which needsfurther research and improvement. |
