As with the development of the national defense industry, the development andmanufacturing level aviation, aerospace and ranged weapons in a increasing degreedetermines the strength of a country in the space race, the Chinese army in thefuture will also require quality and quantity of missile more. The manufacturing ofmissiles is inseparable from the development of advanced technical support duringthe process from machining to assembly, in recent years, with the development offlexible assembly tooling technology, missile development around the world hasentered a pursuit of a new stage of high degree of automation and high productionefficiency.This article is based on a automated assembly line renovation project of acertain military enterprise of missile, studying the key technical problems in twoimportant locations of missile flexible assembly, flexible docking and centroidmeasurement, the main research contents include:The elaboration of the significance of flexible assembly process research, andintroduction of the developments, the present situation, and the application level offlexible docking and centroid measuring field of engineering.In view of the flexible docking system, determines the flexible docking schemebased on parallel docking mechanism, parallel docking mechanism model isestablished. In the process of segment adjustable posture trajectory planning methodbased on inverse kinematics analysis is studied. Design mechanical overall schemeof the system, and model is established.In view of the centroid measurement system, analysis the advantages anddisadvantages of several kinds of traditional measuring method, combined with thetechnical requirements identified four-support-measurement scheme, and discoverseveral technical problems of the traditional four-support-measurement method inthe process of application. For the technical problems of the traditional method,putsforward a new indirect measurement scheme, and establish the model of the system.Model to determine the force sensor based on centroid measuring system synchronous online calibration method, calculation formula of the sensor parameterswas deduced. The new measurement accuracy is analyzed. All measurements in avariety of system error is deduced under the influence of the uncertainty of syntheticformula, and example verification, quantitatively determines the centroid measuringindirect measurement method for improve the degree of precision.Summarize the research content, the key technical problems in the study of thefuture was put forward.
