| This topic deals mainly with the enterprise product development project, which aimis to research and develop a new telescopic boom forklift truck with high rise, largedischarge distance, and multi-functions characters. In order to fit the continuousincreasing market demand, the product must be met the performance level of similarforeign products.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. The purpose, status of development at home and abroad, and the growing trend ofthe telescopic boom forklift truck are introduced briefly,the structure and workingprinciple of the arm frame are illustrated, to prepare for design of the workingdevice of telescopic boom forklift truck.2. The house of quality tools is used to convert user demand to the product technicalrequirements, from which we can acquire components and parts technicalperformance indicators, which as a reference the overall design is implemented,including general layout, work scope calculation, core parts model selection etc.3. The detailed design for telescopic boom forklift truck working device, includingthe structure design of fork and arm frame, the arm frame strength, stiffness andstability calculation, the function design of cargo fork translation, and overallstability checking computation, etc.4. By using TOP-DOWN design method in Pro/E software, three dimensional entitymodeling of telescopic boom forklift truck is performed, the virtual assembly andinterference checking are fulfilled, and the transformation from entity modeling toengineering drawing is realized. The finite element analysis for telescopic boom iscarried out with Mechanica module of Pro/E, the weak links are located, thestructure is improved.Through the trial production, the anticipated target is achieved, the product is perfectin performance and working reliably, and has good market potential and applicationvalue. |
