| As the longest in whole life cycle of buildings and the most directly effective onthe project quality, the construction phase has many problems, such as the backwardlevel of technology and management, serious waste of resources and the fuzzyexpression and transfer of the information of construction and so on. BIM (BuildingInformation Modeling), through parameters of the model collects various ofproject-related information, and in the process of whole life cycle, realize sharing andcommunicating. The characteristics of visualization, coordination, simulation andoptimization determine its application value in the construction.Based on the summary of the existing application value of BIM technology inthe construction phase, The author mainly do the following research:First, introduce the method of creating real-time model, and elaborate theapplication and realized method of BIM technology in the present stage in theconstruction phase.Second, taking the practical engineering case as the background, starting fromthe current situation and the actual demands of construction, create the real-timemodel for different situations’ demands in three aspects as follows:①Play parameterized advantage of BIM to achieve to extract concrete fillingpiles from3D model to steel blanking directly. Concrete filling piles with informationare the real application situation of real-time model. Because of the versatility ofself-built steeling race, the finished models can input "real-time race library", forconcrete filling piles used in different projects in the future.②Refine the model of construction, forming the real-time models, whichconformed the demands of schedule management application, exploring the contrastvalue between the4D construction and the construction program;③Make full use of BIM visual characteristics of design effect, consummate theview and the model, making the real-time model guide the construction accurately,especially for complex node which used to guide construction. |
