| With the era of large-scale manufacturing of li-ion batteries,the competition pattern has changed greatly,and the competition among enterprises is more embodied in the supply chain competition under the guidance of technology.As the key link of supply chain competition,supplier management has very important value and strategic significance for the survival and development of enterprises.This paper takes Shenzhen GS intelligent technology co.,LTD as the research object,focusing on the company’s supplier management practices,based on supplier management,value chain,transaction costs,the six sigma management,project management and PDCA cycle theory,basic knowledge,such as quality,cost,delivery,service around index optimization,analysis and research.First of all,the author through the GS company management status quo research,analysis of the specific problems in the practice of supplier management,including: supplier structure and hierarchical management is unreasonable,formalized performance assessment,raw material quality instability and difficult to eradicate,excessive bidding and short-term cooperation;Secondly,combining with research,primary and secondary data obtained with the help of Plato,quality tracking chart tools and methods,such as mining lead to the root cause of the problem,specific include: supplier import process defects in evaluation standard is not scientific,lack of weights are supplier performance appraisal,supplier quality management system is imperfect,supplier relationships too single;Then,ESRC method of process optimization is used to improve supplier import process,weight method is used to optimize supplier performance assessment and evaluation criteria,six Sigma and process control mode is used to improve supplier quality management system,and material classification method is used to build supplier relations at different levels.Finally,from the organizational structure,function allocation,business process,support environment and other different levels of risk prevention of the implementation of the optimization plan to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization plan.It is expected that the research results of this paper will be of great benefit to the construction of supplier management system of GS Company and provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry to improve supplier management practice. |
