The combat effectiveness evaluation of advanced battle plane is a complex problem. It is veryimportant during the process of life cycle.It play an important role in fighter’s use, improvement andthe benefit-cost ratio analysis.One-to-one air combat is the basic fighter combat mode, this paperwill evaluate combat effectiveness of one-on-one air combat fighter and carry on the research anddevelopment of relevant software.The primary content as follows:According to characteristics of the air combat, the air combat process is divided into two partsof no missile attacks on fighter and missile attacks on fighter.In the part of no missile attacks on fighter, according to the modern air combat mode the aircombat resolved into beyond visual range air combat and within visual range air combat. The combateffeetiveness enaluation of fighter correlated with plane, avionics system, the weapons loaded in theplane and jamming factors. Index system of combat effectiveness evaluation is consist of situationawareness ability, agility, electro—interference ability and killing ability.The combat effectivenessevaluation of beyond visual range air combat and within visual range air combat using analytichierarchy process, and the ability models are put forward. In allusion to stealth fighter, radardetection ability, passive radar detection ability and infrared detection ability was put forward assituational awareness ability’s index in beyond visual range air combat. The computational methodof radar maximum discover range, passive radar maximum detection range and infrared detectormaximum detection range are put forward. In order to obtain the real-time missile kill probability,our fighter was chosen for tactical space model reference point. The coordinate of tactical spacemodel is consist of angle off tail (AOT), antenna train angle (ATA) and rang between the twosides.The real-time kill probability of enemy air-to-air missile get by the enemy fighter’s position intactical space model.The encounter conditions of between missile and target under certain conditionsget by air to air missile trajectory simulation of six degrees of freedom.The encounter conditions ofbetween missile and target include miss distance, encounter angle, encounter missile velocity andencounter target speed. Using encounter conditions of between missile and target to calculate killprobability of air to air missile.In the part of missile attacks on fighter, Jamming effectiveness evaluation is the effectivenessevaluation of fighter release jamming suppress enemy missile. Put forward effectiveness evaluationmodel of the jamming of chaff jamming to radar terminally guided air-to-air missile,IR decoy to infrared non imaging guidance air-to-air missile, IR smoke to infrared imaging guidance air-to-airmissile and airborne towed decoys to radar terminally guided air-to-air missile.Finally, simple introduced the research and development of relevant software about fightercombat effectiveness evaluation.In this paper, the software is based on Windoxs and developed byVC6.0and OpenGL graphic library.
