| With the rapid development of aviation transportation industry, many multi-airports regions haveformed in our country, the allocation of airport resources has appeared serious unbalanced inmulti-airports system, most flights of Airlines rolled at hub airports with relatively abundant resources,and air travelers demand distribution appeared volatility in a large extent, they often travel at peakhour in the day, this is bound to cause some certain period congestion at the airport. The aim ofpassenger demand management is to reduce passenger’s demand through some certain means, such asreducing the overall demand for airport operations, limiting the level of demand in certain period oftime in a day, transferring demand from the peak hour to relatively idle time. Passenger demandmanagement for regional multi-airports system can be maximizing the demand of air travellers,distributing the airport’s resources reasonably in the region, meeting the development of China’s airtransport requirements.In this paper, aiming at inadequate and imbalanced passenger demand in our country’smulti-airports system, two kinds of regional airport’s passenger demand management strategies areput forward, and two optimization models on flight time and frequency are built for each strategy,each model algorithm is studied and each corresponding example analysis is given. First of all, itexpounds the background, motivation of demand management and demand management mode athome and abroad recently. Introducing the present situation and characteristics of regionalmulti-airport system both at home and abroad, and the current development situation.of threemulti-airports region in our country are introduced in detail.Then, it analyzes the relationship amongthe regional passengersã€airports and airlines in the system. Secondly, aiming at the aviationpassenger’s travel purpose, two passenger demand management strategies in regional multi-airportsare put forward—namely choosing passenger’s travel period of time and choosing passenger’s travelroute, the flight frequency and time optimization model is set up respectively,for the first one, thecorresponding solution strategy is designed through the discrete choice theory,for the second model,k-means clustering algorithm is used as the corresponding solution strategy, then each one analized byan example respectively.Finally, the current passenger demand management strategies aresummarized,and and further research direction is given. |
