The construction of Public Housing is an important measure of the Chinese governmentto adjust commercial housing market, ease the housing problem, adjust the allocation ofresources, eventually embodies of social equity. In recent years, along with our country,housing construction speed, especially in large and medium cities. The focus gradually shiftedfrom "quantity" to the completion of the target to the improvement of the "quality".Discussing increases in the quality of the planning and construction of Public Housing. PublicHousing settlements as a carrier of itself and people material life system, its construction andmanagement quality directly affects the quality of life of residents. The public servicefacilities as an important composition of residential substance system, bear the importantresponsibility. The supply of residential public facilities can be decomposed into threeinvestment, supporting and operation links, involving facilities and supply mode. From theperspective of the rational allocation of resources, based on characteristics of Public Housingsettlements, such as welfare, policy and residents disadvantaged social economy, the supply ofpublic service facilities in Public Housing settlements should be different compared tocommercial housing. Differences reflected in the planning of facilities (item, size), thesuppliers and the way of supply, etc.This paper based on the related theory of residential public service facilities’ supply, withthe public service facilities in residential areas as the research object. By combing theresidential communities, the scale and geographical features of Public Housing settlements inGuangZhou of previous years, select eight settlements as empirical research object. Researchis focused on tow links:" disposion" and " operation". From the perspective of classificationfacilities and residential areas, by combining facilities supply characteristics and feedback ofresidents demand, using the method of quantitative comparison, this paper clears all kinds ofcharacteristics and differences between supply and demand, find the cause of facilities supplysituation. At last, put forward advice of the supply of residential public service facilities withthe and different kinds of whole Public Housing in three aspects:the demand of residents, facilities planning and construction, facilities operating requirements. Based on demand offacilities, put forword a residential facilities projects and scale adjustment suggestion,particular in different kinds of Public Housing. Based on the Public goods attribute offacilities, put forword of adjustment suggestion facilities supply. In this paper, the conclusioncan be the reference for the public service facilities supporting of future Public Housing.
