Research On Purchasing Model Of Z Company Based On Supply Chain

Both professionals and business operators have managed procurement activities,and more and more attention has been paid to them.The efficiency of procurement activities and the effectiveness of procurement activities determine that procurement is a very important part of enterprise cost management.The cost management of enterprises directly affects the price competitiveness of their products in the market.Therefore,procurement plays an important role in enterprise activities.The research object of this paper is Z Company's purchasing mode based on supply chain management,mainly discussing the goods within its business scope.On the process of writing,using the methods of comparative analysis,literature analysis and theoretical analysis,combined with the actual operation,summarized and analyzed,found many problems of Z Company:confusion of responsibilities in the procurement organization structure,no clearer procurement process,no classified management of purchased goods,no management of procurement plan,no appropriate procurement shortlist mechanism,no strategic cooperation with suppliers,no supplier evaluation system,obstacles in information exchange and procurement risks.In view of the existing problems,this paper optimizes and improves the company's procurement mode with supply chain management theory.The main measures for improvement are:introducing the concept of supply chain management,implementing JIT procurement,adjusting the responsibilities of members of procurement organization,adjusting procurement supply and demand management,establishing good strategic supplier partner management,establishing a relatively reasonable and suitable supplier evaluation system,promoting the comprehensive use of information platform,strengthening risk management and control,etc.These measures not only optimize the company's purchasing mode,improve the company's response efficiency and increase supply flexibility,but also make Z Company more able to achieve the company's management requirements and strategic objectives.Z Company is a typical steel trading enterprise.Its purchasing management activities can undoubtedly be transferred to other steel trading enterprises.
