Urban green space plays an important role in maintain stable urban ecological environment, reasonable planning of urban green space is an important means of building low-carbon city forest. Based on the ecological effect of urban green space carbon and oxygen balance quantitatively measure helps to efficiently exert urban green space ecological efficiency, and to improve the structure of urban green space, and targeted for low carbon construction of city forest.This paper takes the region within the Second Ring Road in Jinan City as the research object, with RS and GIS technology for support, by using 2010 SPOT image as the main data source, by visual interpretation, to get the city forest classification diagram and the corresponding geographic information database. Calculation model is used to calculate each index, to the study of urban green space in the area of carbon sequestration ability to release oxygen has carried on the quantitative analysis, on the basis of the Jinan low-carbon urban forest construction scheme is proposed. The results show:1. Jinan urban green space carbon release oxygen capacity analysisArea within the second ring road of Jinan city green land area of 3340.13 hm2, the forest land area of 2597.09 hm2, open woodland area of 356.36 hm2, cultivated land area of 78.88 hm2, wetlands area of 307.80 hm2, differences between various types of urban green space area. According to the model to calculate the center of city green space capacity of 96000t, carbon oxygen release amount is 76200t, forestland is the Jinan the main ecosystem carbon release oxygen, carbon fixation and oxygen release the account for 87.08% and 87.14% of the whole ecological system, the second is opening, wetland, farmland’s contribution to the carbon oxygen release the lowest, only 0.52%.2. Jinan release carbon oxygen consumption analysisCalculated according to energy consumption city, jinan city release of carbon dioxide in 2013 totalled 36.0473 million t, the city center to release a quantity to 668600 t, urban consumption amount of oxygen is 26.6064 million t, the central city consumption of 493500 t. Analysis of jinan in 2013 annual emissions of CO2 and raw coal combustion interpretation of the highest proportion of carbon, up to 96.86%, the second is the fuel oil burning carbon, the proportion of other items not more than 1%; From the point of oxygen consumption, raw coal combustion oxygen consumption, the largest proportion reached 95.41%, fuel oil combustion oxygen consumption times, accounted for 3.06%, liquefied petroleum gas, diesel, gasoline combustion oxygen consumption reduced in turn.3. Jinan carbon and oxygen balance evaluationAccording to the carbon and oxygen equilibrium coefficient model, Jinan in 2013, the city’s carbon balance coefficient is 6.96, oxygen balance coefficient is 6.48, the Jinan 2013 social economic activities is the amount of CO2 release can uptake of 6.96 times, and oxygen consumption is existing natural ecosystem can provide fresh oxygen volume of 6.48 times. Jinan city center carbon release oxygen and carbon oxygen ratio imbalance, the stress of urban greening.4. Jinan city building low-carbon forestIn urban green space based on the analysis of the carbon release oxygen ability, on the basis of landscape ecology, urban ecological planning and related theory, put forward one, two wedge, three ring, four axis, the five gallery, multipoint low-carbon urban forest construction scheme.
