Since the modern urban design was introduced into our country, urban designguidance on China’s city construction play a more and more obvious. However, Istill didn’t get the legal status of effective support urban design, so in effect to guidethe city construction process deficiencies. The urban design guidelines as a urbandesign of the main results, there is no compilation of a standardized, resulting insome urban designers often with subjective tendency apparent in the guidelines, themaneuverability is not strong, resulting in a serious waste of resources and thedesign of urban design intent has failed to achieve, so the research in recent years tostandardize urban design guidelines and legal has been paid more and moreattention.The paper research content to control local urban design guidelines for the pilotfrom the implementation perspective and expression, as guidelines forstandardization contribute a strength, the paper is divided into three parts carries onthe elaboration to the target. based on the analysis of problems, aiming at a series ofproblems in urban design in our country, the research goal and the significance ofthe urban design guidelines, combined with the content and scope of this study todefine the actual situation. And through the analysis of domestic and foreignresearch situation of the guidelines, methods of the research, formulates the researchframework of the thesis.as the research method to implement the goals, the essenceof urban design and development of localization in China are discussed, thedefinition of local urban design guidelines, and further discusses the present ourcountry local urban design guidelines for the implementation of the operation andmanagement mode, support for compiling method of operation guidelines fromtheory, planning and technical documents, project practice of technology.After the previous study, this article from the contents of guidance and controlinference and expression research content of the two part of the article has been thesubject of a paper.
