In recent years, the urban rail transit construction has grown rapidly in our country. Up to the end of2012,17cities have opened accumulative total70rail transit lines inland, the total operating mileage has reached2046kilometers, and1399stations. As an important equipment system of train control, the urban rail transit signaling system design work is related to the safety operation of rail transit, therefore, all kinds of the risk factors in design project should be taken seriously.The signaling system design project of urban rail transit is studied in this paper, based on the research actuality at home and abroad, the research method of the risk management of urban rail transit signaling system design project is proposed by its own features. Firstly, this paper introduces some basic theoretical knowledge of the urban transit signaling system, and briefly introduces the typical organization, the division of responsibilities, design tasks, design results and of design content of each stage in the project. Secondly, the risk factors existing in the signaling system design project of urban rail transit are identified by using Delphi method, totally15risk factors are identified, and each factor has been classified and illustrated. Then by using Hierarchy analytic process, the design project of urban transit signaling system risk evaluation index system model is established according to the risk factors identified, the risk factors are sorted, the risk evaluation model of signaling system design project is established by using Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This paper takes Beijing subway line15for instance to evaluate the risk using the risk evaluation model, and obtains the result of risk evaluation in the conclusion. Finally, according to the risk factors existing in urban transit signaling system design project, some specific measures are put forward, references are provide for related projects.
