Along with the increase of vehicle mileage and time, gasoline engine running3thousands of meters (or24months) will appear the phenomenon of carbon deposition. Vehicle fuel consumption increase, lack of power, rapid acceleration not carefree, start is not smooth, cold start, idle instability, shaking even flameout, exhaust emissions exceed the standard problem, so clear the causes and affecting factors of carbon deposition engine produces is imminent. The continuous measurement of gasoline engine performance, the engine proved in factory3thousands of meters which occurred after carbon deposition phenomenon, reveal the impact factors of the carbon deposition and deposition, exploring the relationship between engine carbon deposit and driving behavior, engine performance. This paper focuses on the causes of engine carbon deposit, the factors affecting the formation of carbon on engine, engine carbon deposit cleaning method, engine carbon deposit clearing and evaluation of the situation. By analyzing the existing comprehensive evaluation methods, combined with the collected data, the comprehensive evaluation method is improved, that is more in line with the actual situation of the evaluation system, to provide a reasonable scientific basis for evaluation of carbon deposit cleaning.Through the feedback of the logarithmic auto4S shop customer service data and a plurality of automobile detection line analysis, and comprehensive investigation and summary of issues related to the driver driving habits, to travel3thousands of meters after the automobile product causes and harm of carbon were studied. Carbon once formed, will cause the vehicle to reduce engine power (1.6L engine is reduced by19.76%; the1.8L is reduced by10.22%; the2.0L is reduced by5.88%.) The vehicle fuel consumption, increased, cold start difficulties and exhaust hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides and other pollutants exceed the standard discharge. Engine carbon deposit has not only reduced the driving safety, increased the driving cost, but also bring enormous pressure to environmental pollution.Using expert evaluation method of the existing6kinds of carbon deposit cleaning methods of evaluation, through the evaluation results of the summary, statistics, the results show:cleaning method> Science additive method> jet nuclear bits>liquid blasting>chemical method>curettage. The best cleaning method is non-disassembly cleaning method, and this method is the best cleaning effect. In addition, in the cleaning process, there are many factors influencing the cleaning effect, in this study have not yet been fully involved, should be established as soon as possible the quantitative evaluation system of carbon deposition, improve the cleaning method according to the relevant standards, prevent the generation of carbon, improve the efficiency of the engine. |
