The Evaluation Study System On Comprehensive Value Of Historical Blocks In Southern Anhui

Historic district is an important cultural heritage of mankind, the various historicalstages of the valuable object,the important basis and source of the development of thesociety, science and technology and culture and the arts. The historical blocks have thecomplex value of historic, economic aspects. At present, the historical block protectionhas become the important content of China’s historical and cultural heritage protectionwork. In practice, the success and failure experience shows that comprehensivelyappraises the value of historic district is the premise for developing conservationstrategies and measures of reasonable and effective.Based on the analysis of the historical block related research background,concepts, research methods, based on the sufficient analysis and evaluation of relevantcases and in-depth research on value, try to establish a comprehensive evaluationsystem in the historical block. In constructing the evaluation system, the mostimportant is to determine the evaluation factors and weight, followed by theestablishment of the frame of the evaluation system, this paper is to determine thescreening and counseling weight by statistical methods of factor, and using the methodof AHP software to determine the final weight values, the score, the main choice ofstatistics method and investigation method. In this paper, the evaluation on historicalblock mainly using quantitative research center, multiple model combination, namelyto quantitative evaluation method, at the same time, including qualitative evaluationand research method of combining.In this paper we choice Tunxi street, Longchuan street, Yuliang three blocks ofevaluation system, select the three blocks to score to three typical historical block scoreand comparing the results, the advantages and disadvantages will be between threeblocks is easy to appear, advantages and the different between the blocks can chooseother blocks to protect the design strategy, in order to achieve common developmentrole.
