The intelligent high-voltage switch is one of the most important equipments which iscontrol and protect of power plant, electric power transformer station and power station. Itmain performance is to controlling and protecting, however, has many defects such as highposition installment and not good safety hands-operation etc.In this paper, the traditional high voltage switch is improved in design, through addingmechanical device and a control circuit of the outside, furthermore improved designedautomatic tripping switch capable of remote control and manual power shutting two systems.Remote controlling mechanic device is researched and designed of the intelligenthigh-voltage switch, this device is mainly composed of three parts: power, transmission andexecuting mechanism. Of course, structure designing, force and simulation for analysis arebased for current situation of domestic and overseas.The first, the remote controlling device is mechanic designed according to theprinciples of The intelligent high-voltage switch operation and machine design, mainly areincluded the selection and design of the motor, torque gear balance, eccentric dial thefeasibility design of slider mechanism, as well as the design of ratchet. The device designmanual control system adopts a ratchet mechanism, the intelligent high voltage switch withelectric and manual two sets of control system, equivalent to the emergency device isarranged in the electric control system. Additionally, the linear motion eccentric rod slideblock to reaching switch closed, at the same time push fit design part and automatic trippingbinding, reserved space, to automatically switch trip travel space, but also to avoid the deadstate in special circumstances.The second, the remote control device for each part of the analysis of stress and strain byusing the ANSYS software, the maximum force should still meet the strength requirements ofmaterial for the transmission time of each component. At the same time, the remote controldevice can be deformation analysis of the main nodes to meet the requirements through thetransmission.Finally, the analysis of dynamics and kinematics of the device ADMAS mechanicaldynamics software, demonstrated the transmission action of remote control device,meanwhile, performance of the remote control device switches intuitively, the motionsimulation animation shows a switch remote operation device in the movement process of theexecution of the action, to avoid the reasonable mechanism design is not caused by themovement interference. The remote control device for transmission and fully meet the testrequirements through the analysis all above.
