It gains promising expectation in the construction market for the new wall insulationmaterials which own good fireproof performance, environmental protection and energyconservation. This subject is from the development project of control system of press-fittingproduction line for fireproof insulating unburned bricks. The brick is mainly composed ofthree parts: the upper and lower layers are unburned bricks, and the middle interlayer isinsulation material. It not only saves materials but also has strong fireproof and insulatingperformance. This kind of brick has a great influence on wall material reform, environmentalprotection and energy conservation.This subject adopts programmable controller technology and powerful configurationmonitoring technology to design control system of press-fitting production line for fireproofinsulating unburned bricks. The main work completed in the subject is as follows:Firstly, according to the design requirements of this control system, the design schemefor press-fitting production line of fireproof insulating unburned bricks is put forward, so thehardware selection of control system, PLC I/O configuration and wiring design arecompleted.The relevant technology of control system of automatic production line in this paperincludes the structure of control system, common faults and treatment measures, timescheduling. The centralized control mode is adopted, based on design requirements of controlsystem for press-fitting production line. Based on the analysis of common faults in automaticproduction line, such as sensor faults, actuator faults and controller faults, and relevanttreatment measures are put forward. To guarantee smooth cooperation of production line, thissubject adopts the scheduling method of system simulation according to the analysis of timescheduling requirement of press-fitting production line.By adopting the methods of structured programming, the PLC program design of controlsystem and simulation debugging for press-fitting production line are completed. Simulationresults show the program is correct, and the automatic control of the whole system processesas well as independent flow control of every part of the system is realized. In addition,monitoring design scheme of control system of press-fitting production line based on WINCC is proposed, and the communication of system and PLC is established, so the main monitoringdesign of control system is designed.Based on analysis of simulation method of automatic production line, the press-fittingproduction line with Siemens PLC adopts Siemens WINCC to design simulation platform.The simulation platform can realize simulation study of manual control, automatic control andscheduling control for press-fitting production line of fireproof insulating and unburnedbricks.
