The capacity and level of ammunition manufacturing is a concentrated presentation of the basic national defence capability,reflecting the military confrontation ability of a country.Due to the special nature of ammunition manufacturing industry,the domestic technology for producing ammunitions with medium-large calibers is still at low level.Therefore,there has been a necessity to make a breakthrough in the key technology and develop the production line of medium-large caliber ammunition with an integration of automatic assembly,online detection,multi-machine network coordinated control and real-time data management.In this dissertation,the production line of ammunition is taken as the research subject,and based on field bus,a management and control system for ammunition production line specific to its process and characteristics is designed.Field bus and industrial Ethernet are used as the control network,dividing the whole control system into three layers—the underlying device control layer,the centralized monitoring layer and the workshop production management layer,to realize "subdivision control,centralized monitoring and integrated management" of the production line.The main contents of this research include:(1)The overall design of the control system is completed,and the real-time communication among PLC,field devices,clients and servers is achieved by the use of field bus and industrial Ethernet technologies.(2)Based on the analysis of the measuring principle of whole-ammunition physical quantities,the mechanical structure of special machines and the method of measurement,the design of the overall structure and the software and hardware of the control system is completed,implementing the automatic detection of the whole-ammunition physical quantities.(3)A monitoring System based on WinCC is studied.Interfaces for user login and management,monitoring of master computer and each special machine as well as parameter setting are designed to improve the ability of human-computer interaction and to achieve the centralized monitoring of the production line,(4)Based on the analysis of the demands and the business processes of ammunition manufacturing and management,the design of the production management system based on MES is completed.A workshop production management system is established preliminarily and the integrated management of the production line is realized.The multi-machine coordinated control and the digitized management of production line have been achieved by the establishment of the system mentioned above.Therefore,this research is of great significance in improving the overall level of domestic equipment for ammunition manufacturing,breaking the blockade on techniques,and narrowing the technology gap between our country and foreign countries.
