| Roller is the main and easily-worn part of transport conveyor,and its market demand is huge. At present,there are many manufacturers of roller at home,but most of them still use the old production equipment and old control system with low level of automation and low production efficiency. Which causes that the domestic production of roller can’t meet the demand of market,so a roller automatic production line that accords with the situation of China is in urgent need to improve the present situation.In this paper,I take roller production line as the research object and design a fully automatic and monitoring production line control system. This control system structure is composed of field equipment layer and monitoring layer. Field equipment layer:By analyzing the process flow, equipment layout and control requirements of the production line,allocate a siemens 840 D system for each production unit;through the adoption of NC+PLC control method,design each production unit control system based on 840 D system,which realizes the control of servo system and electrical equipments in each unit. Monitoring layer:By using a industrial control computer IPC,complete the monitoring screen configuration,establishment of product information database,design of reporting system and so on, and implement the centralized monitoring and management. For the network communication of systerm,through the adoption of PROFIBUS-DP and industrial Ethernet,as well as the corresponding communication program, realize the data exchange between production units and between each production unit and IPC.Field debugging and operation showed that:The design of roller production line control system achieves the expected function request,and has a good reliability and practicability to meet the requirements of production at the scene. |
