Cultural Expression&Evaluation Of The Urban Design Of New District In Big Cities

With the further advance of urbanization, new city district has expanded with unprecedented speed and scale, and has brought serious culture deletion. However, the problem of new district seem to be out of the control of individuals and society; On the other hand, every excellent cultural city starts with new construction, which explains cultural objectives can be achieved through people’s active consciousness, and the extreme differences lie in the harmonic role of time.Based on the interpretation of culture and the related contents of city, this paper analyzes contradiction and difficulties of new city culture formation from the root cause of the differences of social structure and environment, and proves the feasibility of cultural expression. The body of the paper puts forward multidimensional culture evaluation system under the value evaluation based on the research of cultural attributes, from the grasp of cultural generating mechanism, the understanding of growth process and prediction about the future adaptation degree. Each evaluation factor is analyzed for adaptation to new city, and relevant solving strategy and design methods are put forward combining theories and case attempts.In order to build the technology base of new city culture evaluation cases, the city’s basic cultural carrier and expression are summarized on the basis of the evaluation criterion; the basic elements of cultural expression system are built through the of specific combination; the "culture content" in the cases is technically indicated; the cultural levels of research object are roughly determined:invalid, effective, or typical, rather than stay in the man’s subjective intuition.In the last part of the paper, expression evaluation standard and system technical analysis method are applied to the cases with different scales for comparative analysis. The analysis and elaboration of the first two cases demonstrate the rationality of the analysis models. Importantly, the problems and of advantages are found that in the process of deep understanding of the design and analysis of various evaluation factors; the last case goes beyond the technological level and the formation of culture is made deeper research. The most important role of evaluation standard and expression system is to provide cases with in-depth analysis methods.
