With the development of construetion industry,the demand of building waterproofmaterials is more strict and polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane is recognizedas one of the high quality waterproofing material for its excellent properties. But the applicationand extension of polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane is restrieted to someextent because of its high cost.Elastomer modified asphalts waterproof roll has been used moreand more widely in roofing waterproof project for the excellent high temperature stability andlow temperature crack resistance.The price of waterproof coiled material is high because SBS isexpensive. In industry,only when SBS was grinded through the colloid mill can it be dissolvedin asphalt, however,this will seriously affect the production efficiency. In order to make up forthis problem,the polyurethane joints modified with hyperbranched polyaminoester wereprepared.The research includes the following aspects:(1)The synthesis and characterization of the hyperbranched polyaminoesterThe different generations of hyperbranched polyaminoester were produced bytrimethylolpropane and AB2-type monomer.The products were characterized by IR,GPC,TGA,hydroxyl value measurement and viscosity analysis.The result showed that thehyperbranched polyamide ester synthsized had narrow molecular weight distribution and highdegree of branching,a large number of terminal hydroxyls, low viscosity and good thermalstability, thus was was a promising modification-material.(2)The modification of hyperbranched polyaminoesterThe hyperbranched polyaminoester was modified by acrylic acid. IR was tested for thehyperbranched polyaminoester.The results show that the modified hyperbranchedpolyaminoester has a mass of C=C bonds and a few hydroxyl groups.In order to improve the high temperature performance and low temperature flexibility ofhyperbranched polyesteramide modified asphalt,compound modified asphalt was prepared byadding SBS to hyperbranched polyesteramide modified asphalt.The effect of hyperbranchedpolyesteramide with different algebra on the properties of modified asphalt of compoundmodified asphalt were investigated respectively. Hyperbranched polyesteramide modified asphalt coating were prepared and the Softeningpoint、penetration、elastic response rates and low temperature flexible of modified asphaltcoating were investigated Respectively,got the optimum content of G2and G3, G4.At the same time quantity of output of coal liquefaction residual is inereasing rapidly asthe developing of coal to liquid and the effective utilization of coal liquefaction residual is moreand more important.Coal liquefaction residual modified asphalt is prepared by adding coal liquefactionresidual to asphalt,by which it can pretect the environment effeetively. But single coalliquefaction residual modified asphalt can’t meet the performance standard,if compoundmodified asphalt which is prepared by adding little SBS to coal liquefaction residual modifiedasphalt can meet the performance standard and it can reduce the cost of polymer modifiedbitumen waterproofing membrane availably and pretect the environment,which will haveimportant significance in economy,soeiety and environment.Liquefaction residue modifiedasphalt can not only improve asphalt pavement performance,but also can achieve the wastere-use,further study on the liquefaction residue modified asphalt is very important.The mechanism of liquefaction residue modify paving asphalt is that the liquefactionresidue swells after absorbing the soft component from paving asphalt and forms an interfacelayer with the soft component.A transition layer is formed between interface layer andglial.Micells are absorbed by glial,and filled in the network structure of liquefaction residue,athree-dimensional network structure is formed.At the same time,the network nodes hinder themovement of micells in the modified asphalt,thus,the performance of asphalt is improved.Firstly,the basic properties of residue of coal direct liquefaction were analyzed.Secondly,the modified asphalt was prepared under different conditions,such as quantity ofliquefaction residue,quantity of filler and10#and100#asphalt matrix in proportion,etc.Discussthe influence of these conditions to modified asphalt properties;the optimum condition ofmodified asphalt preparation was obtained.The maximum number of mixed coal liquefactionresidue are discussed.With the compounding use of G4generation of hyperbranched polymer and four coalliquefaction residues1,05,07,08to modify asphalt,to test its various physical properties ofmodified asphalt semi-finished parts.Then four kinds of modified asphalt formula conformed the national standard requirements were got,coating the four kinds of modified asphalt on thesueface of the polyester tire base,we made waterproof coiled material and tested the variousperformance of waterproofing materials,the test results show that all the indexes meet thenational standard requirements,so our modification of coal liquefaction modified asphalt issuccessful.Through Fourier transform infrared spectra analysis,the spectrograms of these fourresidues were quite similar,which show the components of these four residues were similar,butthe proportion of each component was different.Moreover,the softening point of coal tarhydrogenation liquefaction residue is relatively low,and so was the ash content, therefore,it hasgood compatibility with asphalt.Polyurethane is a new kind of organic high-molecular material has attracted attentionabout a lot of entrepreneures and experts and can be applied in various areas of national life.Coal liquefaction residue powder as filler was added to polyurethane in order to prepare awaterproof material.The mechanical properties,elongation at break,tensile strength andcryogenic flexibility were determined and the influence of such factors as coal pitch powder’scontent and particle size on the waterproof material properties was investigated.The resultindicated that the properties of the waterproof material can satisfy all the requirements ofchinese national standards for polyurethane waterproof material.The smaller the coal pitchparticle size,the better the mechanical performance;meanwhile good heat-resistance andcold-resistance were also observed.
