Research On Comprehensive Evaluation And Empirical Of 220kV Intelligent Substation Construction Project

This article studies 220 kV intelligent substation construction project.Firstly,this paper introduces background and significance.Then,it elaborates domestic and foreign status of project comprehensive evaluation,smart grid construction project comprehensive evaluation and intelligent substation comprehensive evaluation.And it points out uniqueness of 220 kV intelligent substation construction project comprehensive evaluation.Then,it establishes frame of 220 kV intelligent substation construction project comprehensive evaluation.It establishes evaluation indicator system from the perspective of technical evaluation,economic evaluation and social evaluation combined with features of 220 kV intelligent substation construction project.And it explains quantitative and qualitative indicators in detail.Lastly,it points out calculation and evaluation criteria.In order to achieve objective and reasonable evaluation on quantitative and qualitative indicators,this paper selects the variable weight theory to determine the index weight on the basis of analyzing useful comprehensive evaluation methods combined with indicator system established in this paper.On the basis of element extension model,this paper introduces ideal interval method and establishes element extension based on ideal interval method of 220 kV intelligent substation construction project comprehensive evaluation model.Lastly,this paper uses Hengshui Suzheng new area as an example.According to survey information and project information,it carries out empirical analysis on Hengshui Suzheng new area 220 kV intelligent substation project from the perspective of technical evaluation,economic evaluation and social evaluation.Finally,in order to verify the reasonableness of Hengshui Suzheng new area 220 kV intelligent substation project and 220 kV intelligent substation construction project indicator system,it evaluates demonstration project by element extension model based on ideal interval method.
