Project schedule management is one of the major management techniques developed in the last century. Along with the progress of the society, the development of enterprises, some large foreign enterprises will be the first project schedule management concept used in the product development, the turn of the century has been the rapid development of project schedule management. In recent years, some domestic enterprises have begun to focus on the application of project schedule management principles. As Huawei company, has formed its own a set of project schedule management system. But in the the power industry, the implementation of project schedule management concept is still at the primary stage. Part of power enterprises import some project schedule management concept, but it has not formed the model of project schedule management.Based on the Yinze110kV power transmission and transformation project as an example, the article expounds the schedule management of Yinze110kV power transmission and transformation project through the application of schedule management mode. In the first place, the Yinze110kV power transmission and transformation project is introduced. Then, the preparation of Yinze110kV power transmission and transformation project schedule plan. Using the project schedule management theory, the Yinze110kV power transmission and transformation project is decomposed. On this basis, Yinze110kV power transmission and transformation project is scheduled in the application of Microsoft Project software. Then, this paper describes the supervision of project schedule plan and construction process. According to the project implementation schedule for the project, the schedule is adjusted.
