At present, most of the industrial boilers in China are equipped with the control system. But these systems lack of online diagnosis of energy efficiency indicators, the boiler efficiency, performance evaluation technology. Therefore, providing online monitoring and diagnosis system for energy efficiency index of the boiler and auxiliary system in thermal power plantis is essential.In view of the above problems, this paper launched the study on energy efficiency diagnosis method. First this paper establish the efficiency index of the diagnosis tree.the energy efficiency index anomaly as the fault treatment and determine the factors affecting the energy efficiency index set step by step. The factors are divided into operation and fault factors. According to the operation factors, adopts the dynamic factors and weight analysis, sensitivity analysis, deviation calculation model, carries on processing to the operation factors, determine the operating factors of energy efficiency index for the diagnosis of coefficient, determination of main operational efficiency index of influencing factors. Taking#2unit of Hejin power plant in Zhangze Power makes a case analysis.According to the fault factors, this paper mainly studied the evaluation of heating surface fouling degree and the running status of equipment, through the ash deposition condition and performance evaluation to determine the cause of energy efficiency index decrease because of equipment fault. Heating surface fouling degree study, fouling coefficient of reheater and water wall are calculated. Equipment performance evaluation uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the running status of equipment.After determining the energy efficiency diagnosis model, this paper also uses the project application to verify the diagnosis model of energy efficiency. The theory is applied to actual projects, energy efficiency diagnosis for thermal power plant has important significance in improving the profit of electric power plants, improving the competitiveness of thermal power plant.
