Energy saving and emission reduction has become the focus of the whole society.Research shows that after the implementation of energy efficiency labels for air conditioners,refrigerators and other household appliances,the effect of energy-saving emission reduction is significant..It is expected to save electricity 278 TWH,about 129 million tons of standard coal consumption in 2020.As a kind of special equipment with huge energy consumption,the energy efficiency of crane has been neglected.The government has issued the corresponding crane energy efficiency testing standards,and covers a wide range of models,but the type of detection scheme is too simple,which has a long distance from the energy efficiency standards.Therefore,it is important to study the energy efficiency and energy efficiency evaluation of hoisting machinery,which can promote the energy saving and the development of industry standards.In this paper,we take the bridge crane as the research object.The studies mainly go as follows:(1)On the basis of the analysis of the efficiency of the bridge crane,the expressions of energy utilization and loss in the working cycle of each mechanism are summarized,the formulas for calculating the effective energy of each mechanism and machine are given,which provides a theoretical basis for the general situation of energy efficiency monitoring and evaluation index factors.(2)This paper introduces the methods of energy efficiency testing,the selection of testing instruments and the establishment of testing process.The energy efficiency values were calculated under different working conditions,including lifting weight,lifting height and running distance.And the limitation of energy efficiency testing for energy efficiency rating is expounded based on the analysis of energy efficiency in different working conditions,(3)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for energy efficiency of quayside bridge crane is established.The quantitative and qualitative indexes of the system were optimized by the correlation coefficient method and the rough set reduction method.The relative and absolute membership degree determination method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is introduced.(4)The optimal combination weighting method based on Game Theory is proposed based on the rough set theory and AHP subjective weighting method,.In order to solve the problem of fuzzy uncertainty of index factors,an improved rough set weight weighting method is proposed.At last,taking the container crane as an example,the relative and absolute evaluation of energy efficiency are carried out.(5)The energy efficiency grade evaluation system is developed by using VB6.0 and access database based on the research of the energy efficiency rating of the quayside crane,...
