Central business district construction of parking facilities is one of the basic conditionsto ensure the normal operation of traffic center business district and commercialdevelopment.Insufficient parking facilities to parking management is difficult to implement,and will affect the dynamic traffic operation.In recent years, Chongqing City socialEconomic development and people’s living level speed are constantly promote quickly,Inthe Chongqing special geographical restrictions,The conflict between city dynamic trafficand static traffic has become increasingly prominent,the main center of city businessdistrict development planning has become more mature, the existing city road network andinfrastructure transformation difficulty.This paper is proposed the Chongqing centralbusiness district parking onbuilding design in this background conditions, expected topropose targeted and practical suggestions.Based on the parking problems in urban area of Chongqing central business district isthe main object of study,beginning with the central business district environmentalcharacteristics and the parking demand forecast,combination of domestic and internationalresearch status and development ofstatic traffic problems and the development level ofsocial culture, social economy, science and technology.based on field investigation ofparking facilities in Chongqing’s central business district,analysis the advantages anddisadvantages of existing parking building in the specific environment of Chongqingdowntown area,Based on the actual investigation data and questionnaire survey as thebasis,with the actual data forecast model was calculated on the basis of establishingspecificgeographical environment condition of Chongqing city parking demand;and, on the part ofparameter modification research. Based on the mature theory and successful experience athome and abroad parking facilities planning and construction, from land use, construction,investment and other aspects of theexisting parking facilities for comparison.Discussed thekey technology of parking building design.And according to the special geographicalcondition of Chongqing City, in three aspects the parking structure column arrangement,export location setting,optimization of management system of parking guidance, thereference value, theconstruction of parking facilities may be related to the key technologies(structural grid layout, traffic organization design, lighting, ventilationdesign,drainage design, fire protection design and management of parkingfacilitiestechnology) are discussed.Finally, according to the research ideas city dynamictraffic and static traffic sustainable development, discussed in the political aspect, throughpolicy guidance, encouragement, change the resident travel mode, to improve andsupervisethe policy, improve the construction of parking facilities andmanagement mode, makeeffective use of space, efficient use of parking facilities.In the end of the paper, summarizedthe content, conclusion and innovation of article,summarize the paper on the existingproblems, provide direction for further study.
