Design Of Police Traffic Information Integrated Application And Service Platform Dadukou District

With the rapid development of society, people’s living standards improve, the number of urban motor vehicle and driver quantity sharp rise, traffic congestion,and restricted problems have become increasingly prominent onerous task of traffic management. Urban traffic congestion has become an important problem of today’s urban development, and the experience of developed countries proved an effective way to solve the urban traffic problem is to improve traffic management and service levels.This paper will presents a set of the police traffic information integrated application service platform inluding information technology, data communications transmission technology, automatic control technology, in order to integrate and to improve the discrete systems, comprehensive business information of each plate, macro analysis, regulation and control, the level of service from the entire transportation management level.The paper first discusses the development and research of advanced traffic management system.Then the paper studies the key enabling technologies of the Police Traffic Information Integrated Application Service Platform, and combined with the the Dadukou actual situation designed for police use traffic information application service platform. Dadukou District Police with traffic information application services platform extension direction and focus for the development needs of the traffic information analysis and discusses a traffic incident detection subsystem, large activities traffic, traffic aids decision support subsystem. The paper has a certain practical significance and reference value to solve a series of problems in the transport of large and medium-sized cities.In this paper, combined with the public security commanding system construction of Dadukou District, researched and designed "Dadukou District police integrated application of traffic information service platform",which laid a foundation in theory and Practice for the construction and development of intelligent transportation systems and traffic information management of Dadukou District. It’s important to relieve the traffic congestion, accidents and regional environmental problems, and also important to reduce the labor intensity of traffic policemen.
