This topic is mainly used for the current automobile cylinder detection problem,such as, low detection efficiency, the results are not objective enough and missed cylinders and so on, and adapts to the policy that Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region government will give each passing car cylinders a unique electronic tag in2015. Methods for this paper is: combines the Internet of Thing with the vehicle cylinder detection technology, uses the radio frequency identification technology to associate automobile cylinder with the specific test link and transfers the detection result through WIFI and blue-tooth wireless communication technology.The paper analyzes the detection processes and its problems, proposes a developing method for the vehicle cylinder detection system with the Internet ofThings. In the system, we give every cylinder a unique identification RFID tag, scan the cylinder information and transport the detect result through the PDA. Thus, we can set up a kind of systems network architecture, which included three layer structures of data center、management layer and data acquisition layer. What’s more, we respectively analyze hydrostatic test and leak detectionand design two data acquisition systems for each other.The system can improve information level and detection efficiency, extendthe scope of information sharing, shorten the delay of information sharing, and enhance the detection accuracy.
