To Improve The Performance Of Public Projects Based On Principal-agent Study

Project’s performance study has attracted civil scholar and practitioner’s widely attention in recent year.Performance as a standard to evaluate a project’s process and result plays an very important role.At present China’s public project investment and building is in the heyday,but public project’s performance is not high,so how to improve public project’s performance is becoming an important topic both in theory and in practice.The essence of project is a series of binder,its a temporary social network relationship.This article uses project’s essence as a starting point,study public project’s principal-agent relation,to discuss the way to improve public project’s performance.Specific content as follows:Taking public project contrct as main point,to study the complex principal-agent relationship among the stakeholders,and finally,divide public project’s principal-agent relationship into two parts:the principal-agent relationship among stakeholders and inside stakeholders.Build an evaluation index system for public project’s performance,and use it to analysis,and find key factors that affect public project’s performance based on principal-agent relationship,make assumptions and bulid structural equation models.Design empirical research based on the assume.Do the research with surveys,include design of questionnaire,give out,retrieve,and data processing,etc.Analysis the results of empirical research one by one,to present the method and suggestion for improving public project’s performance.
