Research On Promoting Energy-saving Method Of Sewage Pumping Station

Sewage pumping station plays an indispensable role on urban drainage system,which not only assumes the task of city sewage and industrial waste water, but alsoguarantees the healthy development of cities and a decent environment forresidents.The problems existing in domestic energy consumption of sewage liftingpumping station in city management process were analyzed and summarized. Aseries of energy-saving and consumption reducing method were put forward, and itsspecific energy-saving principle was expounded. The pump selection, pumpopening and closing control, effect of pumping station forebay of pumping flowwere studied.Generally, design head and flow were as the basis of pump selection, the paperon the basis of this, considering the impact of recent and long-term average flowrate and flow changes in the value of every year, select the minimum annual costcombination of pump selection, in order to provide a more comprehensive methodfor selection of pump type.The water level change of the running sewage pumping station ha s a certaininfluence on the numbers of opening or closing pump and the operation match ofspeed pump and constant speed pump. This paper aimed at the optimal energyconsumption, flow,operational efficiency and pump stations as constraintconditions. By the use of JAVA software programming,the paper obtained therelationship between the water level and the numbers of opening and closingpump.So that the pump station could be operated by pumping station operator morerapidly and accurately.Pumping station forebay of flow pattern is also a key factor influence theefficiency of the pump suction, through to the actual operation of the pumpingstation forebay CFD flow simulation analysis, the paper found a renovation plan ofpumping station forebay, to make the flow improved to a certain degree of, so as toachieve pumping station energy saving effect.
