Based on Culture Theory, Zero-Risk Model, Value Expectations Model, MultiDimension Theory, and other areas of perception research and practices, the papersummarizes the perception of risk factors, and builds urban rail transit projectconstruction models of risk perception, which is helpful for the constructors toimprove the rate of the risk perception. Furthermore, the urban rail transit projectconstruction risk perception factors are selected by the principal components to buildthe urban rail transit project construction risk perception factors index system. Withthe help of fuzzy evaluation method, the risk perception factors index system areevaluated.Taking Suzhou Metro Second Line for example, the paper implements anempirical test of the urban rail transit project construction risk perception factorsindex system, and the practical evaluation results consistent with the actual conditionwhich proves index system applicability. |
