| Flexible manufacturing technology is the core technology in the development ofmanufacturing industry at the present stage in China, it plays a very important role inthe r&d and production of many products, especially for the biggest influence of themachining process. With the aid of flexible manufacturing technology, we greatlyimprove the efficiency of the machining process, simplifies the process personnel’swork content, but the technology also has a lot of problems in the practical production.At present, the process of establishment is still mainly rely on experienced staff, theyoung technicians unable to, inheritance and optimization of process knowledge betterand faster, this has severely restricted the development of enterprise. Therefore, weneed to develop in the direction of intelligent, which can get rid of the restriction oftraditional process establishment and meet the production enterprise of automaticgeneration of process planning initial expectations.At present, the process of3d hole’s designing and manufacturing cycle is verylong, low level of information sharing problems, mainly depends on the experience ofthe designer to quantitative process design method of design criteria, workload is big,long design period, and the design result is difficult to predict. So the research anddevelopment of3d hole machining automatic programming, will effectively improvethe efficiency of the design of the machining process and quality of design. Based ontwo-way cartridge valve processing as an example, to analysis the three dimensionalhole processing technology, established the intersection (penetration) hole processingtechnology of parametric information system, and deduced the relationship betweenthe location of the hole is discriminant formula, write the hole location relationrecognition program. Through using the SolidCAM, on the basis of combining withactual production, established the knowledge base of processing technology, databaseof tools. We also make the SolidCAM software for secondary development at thesame time, and debugging of the simulation, which laid a foundation for achieveautomation programming. |
