Electric vehicle with its advantages of environmental protection and energy conservation will become one of the main directions of new energy vehicles in the future, so it will attract the attention of the state and society. With the large-scale use and development of electric vehicle, there is a need to fast and securely supply the electric vehicle. As energy supply infrastructures, charging station for electric vehicles needs to make an effective planning and design, so as to promote the smooth development of electric vehicles. Therefore, this paper will focus on the research of evaluation for power plant project on electric vehicle charging, taking electric vehicle charging station of Caofeidian in Tangshan City as the object of study is, to construct the evaluation index system of evaluation the project and evaluate project cost and benefit.Firstly, describe the background and significance of this study, analyze the status of the electric car industry, electric vehicle charging station charging technology and other aspects of project evaluation, and note the important significance of electric vehicle charging station project evaluation study. Secondly, conduct basic evaluation research of electric vehicle charging station project. The main contents include electric vehicle charging electric mode, the project layout principles, and factors and implementing steps, which lay the theoretical foundation for further study of the text. Again, to Tangshan Caofeidian electric vehicle charging station as a foothold for empirical research, on the basis of combining theory researches, construct station project evaluation system, and evaluate the cost of the project, the economic and social benefits evaluated. Finally, ummarize the article, combined with the development trend of electric vehicle, then pointed out that the main research directions in the future.
